These terms cover Logo Express orders from All City Graphix (“we,” “us”). By placing an order, you agree to them.
1. What’s included
- 2 custom logo concepts based on the answers you submit in our online brief (business name, industry, style, colors and notes).
- 1 revision round on the concept you choose. A revision means changes to that concept (for example color, font or layout tweaks). It does not include a new concept.
- Final files in SVG and PNG formats.
- Add-ons you purchase (such as Rush Delivery, a Third Concept, the Pro File Pack, the Brand Starter Kit or the Social Launch Kit) are delivered as described on the order page.
2. Turnaround
Concepts are delivered by email within 3 business days of your order (24–48 hours with Rush Delivery). Your revision and final files follow once you reply with your choice and changes. Delays in your replies extend the timeline.
3. No consultations
Logo Express is run from your online brief. There are no calls or meetings for Logo Express orders. Questions and revision requests are handled by email.
4. Extra revisions
Additional revision rounds are available for $29 each.
5. All sales are final
Logo Express is a custom design service. Work begins as soon as your order is placed, so all sales are final and no refunds are issued, including for change of mind.
6. Ownership
Once your order is paid in full and final files are delivered, you own the final logo and may use it for your business. Concepts you did not choose remain the property of All City Graphix. We may show your final logo in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
7. Your content
You confirm that any names, text, images or references you provide are yours to use or that you have permission to use them. We do not perform trademark searches; we recommend checking availability before registering or relying on a mark.
